For the most part, the restaurant inside Walmart is always busy. The staff are friendly and the dining room is basically clean for a very busy place….

The manager is nice and takes care of me regularly. I like “Charleys”.

The only thing that I would suggest is to offer a “frequent flyer” because it is a little more expensive that what I usually pay. But I come back because the food and service are great

I've known Charley's for a long time from Arizona. First time here. Flavor is true to expectation. Place is very clean, well maintained. Counter girl pleasant and efficient.

We are usually welcomed ‘back’ by the staff. My husband looks for reasons to go to Walmart with me so we can eat at Charley's. Although he has been known to go without me. We often stop after our bicycle ride. The food is always as ordered. The food especially the fries are hot. The tables and restaurant are clean.

Brief summary: Not worth it.

The worst fast food I have ever had. I regretted listening to that little voice telling me to try that place after my Walmart shopping. I had the Philly steak, old-school style. Paying the additional two dollars wasn't worth it; there were barely any toppings on that bread. No seasoning other than salt, salt, and more salt (I had to check my blood pressure after having it). The male receptionist I had was unfriendly (anyone can have a bad day, and one person doesn't define an institution). The only saving grace was that it was a well-kept place, from my experience.

It’s SO fire and they keep it really clean and have great service. We keep coming back literally driving 35 minutes just for it.
