The lady’s and I say that with reserve, that work the office are some of the coldest unfriendly people I’ve dealt with. Have rented 2-3 times from this place and not once was it pleasant to deal with them. Since then I’ve called numerous times about renting other equipment and due to the harsh attitude on the phone I’ve decided to go with sunbelt in Jackson. Not only do they seem welcoming and that they want your business, generally there prices are cheaper. I even went as far to walk in just a few days ago to inquire about a piece of equipment and received the same harsh attitude. I was the only customer in the office and received no welcome, instead just a stare down until I initiated the conversation. Even then it seemed like it was irritating for them to give me a price on a very expensive rental.
Just my 2 cents! One person may not effect your business, but after reading your reviews I’m not the only person that received this type of service.

Just left this company after having to return a piece of equipment that didnt work for the job I needed done. Had to rent a floor sander and didnt feel like driving to Memphis again. Big mistake the bigger lady behind the counter threw my debit card back at me and the rental agreement paper and blamed it on the air. Funny when i handed it to her nicely nothing flew around then. Needless to say as a business owner ill never do business here again nor recommend anyone to rent from such rude and disrespectful people. Ill take my business back to Memphis.

Rented equipment on a Friday, paid almost $300 for some equipment that actually worked properly for 2 hours. Upon returning equipment, informed them of the problems we had and was told oh well. Will absolutely not do business or recommend!

Fast and really friendly service!! All equipment looks and appear to be in new or great shape and the prices are low or competitive to other places. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

These folks went above and beyond to help get my job done .they we're good enough to bring not just one replacement chop saw to me but had to bring two saws to me.they didn't complain or blame me a bit.i would recommend them to anyone who needs reliable service
