I was a bit hesitant at first to choose them because of a few negative reviews from several years ago, but still chose them and I’m so glad I did. After I dropped my car off, I went to pick up the rental and a super sweet older couple who were waiting, asked me why I was there and after speaking to them- all they had to say about Gerber Collision was great and wonderful things. The way they were praising them almost sounded like they were getting paid for it, it was so positive. They said how they only go to them and have been having them work on their cars for years. Well, Gerber Collision met that high expectation and beyond. I mainly worked with Russell, and he was so kind and understanding, he explained every step to me and even though I had a concussion from the accident, he was very patient with me. I had been in a wreck and my car was totaled by the insurance company, but that did not change Russell’s demeanor, he was still extremely helpful and understanding. I hate it that the insurance didn’t approve the work but I am so glad to know that there are businesses that are not only kind because they are money hungry. The hype of how great they are is true 100% and beyond!

Russell was a lifesaver. Apparently I hit a pole pulling out of a drive today and thought the paint was knocked off my passenger rear quarter panel on my Mustang. I took it by Gerber to ask for help and Russel came out. He thought it was probably just paint transfer (no dents) and was sure it could be buffed out and sure enough he buffed it right out. He literally saved my day in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this place. Thanks again Russell!

This Gerber Collision location was very attentive to our needs, walked us through the process from start to finish, only used dealer parts, which we wanted since the truck was brand new, and kept us totally informed along the way by texting us every two days. I would highly recommend them.

The GERBER Crew especially (Russell and Briana) were very professional and the quality of the paint match was awesome! They gave excellent updates on each of the processes including in my truck. I did not have to return my truck for additional work or repairs! They took care of everything from handling trade notes to the Insurance companies and Enterprise for the rental car pickup and drop off! Definitely recommend again 10/10!

Theyre great people and did an excellent job fixing my car. They saved me a ton of money, were super honest and the quote was right on the money. Russell was very helpful and pleasant and the lovely Briana at the front desk was as well. Highly recommend them over every other shop, and I went to them all.
