Great service and made time to look at the car when they were noticeably very busy.
My Dad's 2010 Edge was leaking transmission fluid so I originally took it to the dealer and they replaced the driver's side CV axle shaft seal A few weeks later it was dripping on the pavement again so I got another opinion and they said the transmission case was leaking. I had heard good things about Lakeside Transmission so I stopped in to speak with them. I figured I'd make an appointment because it looked like they were really busy. To my surprise they made time for me, got my vehicle on the lift and quickly diagnosed the problem as being the CV axle shaft seal that the dealer had replaced. They even took some pictures for me so that I could send to the dealer. Jacque and Ed were absolutely wonderful to work with.

There are so many positive things I could say about the gentlemen at Lakeside Transmission. They recently helped us with a problem with my granddaughters car. They treat you like family. I have the utmost confidence in them that they will properly diagnose your problem and give you a fair price for the service received. Thank you for the great job guys.

I can’t say enough good things about Lakeside Transmissions! I was out of town, so I had to have my wife take my truck in for some transmission work. They did an absolutely fantastic job—great price, fast service, and they treated her with so much respect. I couldn’t be happier with the experience—highly recommend them!

I found this shop on Google and I am very happy that I did. The owner walked through the issue with the transmission and what diagnostics were required and the range that the repair may have been. You can’t ask for more than someone being honest and upfront about the issue. Although we elected to not get the repair I appreciate them and would absolutely bring back a vehicle with a transmission issue and highly recommend them.
