Aspen has always been my place to go for my dantal care. All the staff there have gone above and beyond when needed. Making patients comfortable. Rather having a tooth pulled or paying a bill. Billie also, was exceptional in her position, orchestrating the whole process.

There aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am that I contacted the Merrillville location the morning of Aug 21,2026 and spoke to Derrick and then met Ms. Shay. I was distraught because I’d lost a tooth from my denture. No other location (2 others) could see me that day to repair/replace the missing tooth. Derrick took my call and immediately and calmly reassured me they could help me. Without this replacement, I would not have been able to attend my niece’s wedding the following day. I arrived and was attended by Ms Shay. She was wonderful! She repaired my denture within an hour of arriving but most importantly, her positive and caring personality left a lasting impression with me. I highly recommend this location for recognizing a customer’s emergency and making me a priority. Kudos to Derrick & Ms Shay!!!

I'm autistic and was extremely nervous about getting my first wisdom tooth extracted, but the doctors at Aspen were extremely helpful. They allowed me to wear a weighted X-ray vest and listen to music and talked me through the whole process. The doctor got it out in less than a minute probably, and overall was very friendly and comforting. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who has dental anxiety. They know how to make you feel safe and cared for and genuinely care about their patients. I'd rate more stars if I could!

I came in with a cavity that needed to be filled because my mouth was hurting. This was NOT A WALK IN appointment!!! The cavity never got filled, the office was busy as hell and they scheduled me 3 weeks out to come back and get it done👎🏽. But they definitely took my money to tho. Never have I ever had to have my teeth cleaned, in a separate appointment before they actually do the work and fill the cavity. Sounds like a get rich quick scheme to me 🤦🏾‍♀️

This is a wonderful location with a fantastic team. Jinal, Angel, and Dr. Davis were absolutely incredible and I can’t thank them enough! They were extremely informative, kind, and so helpful! I was terrified, haven’t been to the dentist in years. Their amazing care made things less scary for me, and kindness of the front desk made it a comforting environment. The financial assistance employee also was my hero with teaching me so much. She gave great details for paying to be less overwhelming.
