My experience was good considering its the dentist. I appreciate the entire staff who serviced me. They were professional and very polite and helpful. It made my interaction very comfortable.

I had a 1 pm appointment and arrived at 12:45 as told when getting the appointment lined up. I arrived and no one was anywhere to be found. I heard people being loud and making nasty comments from somewhere in the back of the building,but didn't see anyone. I signed in and sat down as the sign at front desk stated. Waited,waited and someone else walked in and signed in and sat down. No one came from the back yet. By then it was 1:15 . Finally some lady came from the back sucking her teeth really loud,I guess cleaning out her lunch. She sat down,didn't acknowledge either of us sitting in the lobby. A lady walked in and undoubtedly it was a friend,they chatted loudly and said I will go ahead and bump you up. Hum. She finally decided to check me and the other person in. 1:30 I finally got called up to the desk and was told ,I need 150 dollars. I said no ma'am I spoke with someone on the phone and she stated my insurance coverage paid it all. She said no,you wrong, I am right ,I know how to do my job. I asked her to run my insurance to check . She said I need the 150. I said ma'am I wasn't prepared to pay because I was told no payment was due. She snidely said under her voice thinking I didn't hear,yea whatever.
She said if you can't pay ,you can come back when you can pay. Sucked her teeth and looked back at her computer. In the meantime,as I stood there trying to get things straightened out, several more people had arrived that she knew,and she was absolutely pleasant with them. I at this point realized what was going on. I saw very clearly. I was the only white person there. I wasn't welcome. It made complete sense when I realized that. She was of color and everyone who came in was also. I felt that I was discriminated against,not because of some bs about insurance but by my skin color . This was the worst place ever.I sat in the parking lot and watched over an hour. Not one white person walked in after me... I see why I was treated that way. All I wanted was some new dentures..

DA Jeannette was really caring and professional she treated me with care and compassion, she asked questions and was very helpful with my concerns. She gave me her attention to all my questions and concerns made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Really different from my previous experience with a different dentist office.

Dr. Burbank was the first dentist I met that asked me to tell him about my concerns and asked question about how I feel about each treatment and option that is recommended for me. I really felt good about his approach to my situation. I liked his approach and treatment options with have me a better understanding of what I need to do.

I've been coming here for several years. Always a good experience and highly recommended. They will address any problems and concerns right away and give you good feedback on what to do to improve and help your teeth. Every tech over the years has been great and most recently, Amany did a great job cleaning my teeth.

My mother had a great experience at Aspen dental. She says “Amany Elshafei did a wonderful job deep cleaning my teeth! She was very informative about how to care for her smile! Thank you for giving my mom such a wonderful experience. I wish all dentists could be like this.
