Hands down 5 out of 5. We would give them 10 stars if we could. The first plumber we had was a joke and not helpful at all. He just wanted to sell us his $1000+ hydro jet service. I called around and found salt lake plumbing. I found them by a coupon online and was very worried, only because you never know. They came when they said they would. They communicated telling us they were on their way. They brought their own buckets and blankets which the first company did not at all. They communicated with us throughout the whole process and were very professional and nice. They stayed until the job was finished. The other company took off and just said oh we’re can’t do anything more. We are very pleased with the outcome and we finally have our kitchen sink back. They also explained how we can keep clogs at bay and educated us. Which to me is above and beyond. Our service tech was Jeron and we were so impressed. I would 100% call them again and will never call action plumbing again. Night and day difference. Jeron explained that even if you do the hydro jet you still need to unclog the clog first which he did with a snake. So why action couldn’t unclog our sink is still beyond me. I feel like they robbed us to be honest. Salt Lake plumbing was a breath of fresh air and renewed my faith in humanity. If you have a clog don’t waste time call salt Lake plumbing they can help!!

I worked with Luke and he was awesome to deal with. I called at 3:30pm and Luke was there 15 minutes after I called they were at the house. He diagnosed the leak and was back the next day and took care of it in one day. They did a great job and were personable. I will be using them again

Chad, Colton, and Luke were awesome. They replaced a sewer line “belly“, and replaced an improper installed line (from a toilet) to the main sewer line.
Colton and Luke explained the process of the work and answered all of our questions. They were thoughtful and careful to set everything up the correct way. And the quality of work was excellent.

Colton was very polite, well spoken, and he knew what he was doing from the minute he got here till the minute he left. I had a great experience with him and I will definitely refer him. to anybody I know in need of a plumber.

Colton came out and saved my weekend! I tried to fix something myself and made things significantly worse! I called several places needing weekend support and Salt Lake Plumbing answered quick, were upfront about weekend charges, and got a tech out as soon as they could (on a weekend only about a 2 hour wait, so not bad). Colton got onsite and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the problem and the fix and gave me a quote with a full breakdown of what he was charging for. Then after approval he got to work and had everything done in a reasonable amount of time.

Colton did great! Next time I think about fixing something myself, these guys will be my first call before I do more damage than good.
