James came out on a Saturday, was very fast to diagnose. Showed us the issue. Got it repaired right away. He was very friendly, informative. Would recommend using him everytime. It’s hard to find an honest company these days.

Chris was fantastic. He replaced a part on my furnace and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered my questions, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

What I appreciated most was that he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely set before he headed out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. I would absolutely recommend Chris at True Pro’s Heating and Air. Excellent service!
