Phenomenal experience with Jakob and Home Performance Pros. Great communication, punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. Offered repair at a much more reasonable rate compared to competition who pushed for a much more expensive replacement. Would recommend to everyone.

Jared was here all day and worked in over 100 degree temperature to install a new air-conditioner. He was by himself with no help and I was amazed that he never stopped!! A very professional young man who was knowledgeable about his trade, polite and did a wonderful job. How refreshing to find an honest company who was affordable. I will continue to use Home Performance Pros for maintenance and will let everyone know they are the best! If I could give 10 stars I definitely would! Thank you!!!

I couldn't be happier with my experience! They installed my new central air system at a great price, and the crew worked late to make sure everything was finished the same day. They were professional, hardworking, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need.

They also replaced my furnace back in October, and that experience was just as great. One thing I really appreciate is how quickly they can get you on the schedule—I was able to get an appointment within the same week I called.

If you're looking for honest, reliable service with fair pricing and excellent workmanship, I highly recommend them!

Jared and high performance pros were awesome to work with. We had another company scheduled that cancelled on us at the end of the business day because they were not able to honor their appointment.. After calling several
Companies high performance and Jared were quick to respond and came to our place last minute and to An area not easy to get to and they were awesome. Got our unit up and running that was not pushing air and was super on hands. When other companies wouldn't take an appointment for weeks and even a month or more Jared and high performance were on top of it. They got us taken care of Same Day and took care of our situation with class and super efficiently too. Fair priced great service and super knowledgeable. I will be using them for my own home and our rental property hvac needs moving forward. 💪💪👍👍🤘🤘

I had a great experience with Home Performance Pros from start to finish. As a single mom, getting a new AC was a big and honestly nerve-wracking expense for me, so I really appreciated how comfortable they made the entire process.

Jared was the one who initially came out and walked me through the quote, and he was super chill, transparent, and not pushy at all. He showed me four options right on an iPad, including clear pricing and financing, which made everything easy to understand.

What stood out most was that I never felt pressured or upsold. Even when I chose an option that wasn’t the highest tier, Jared was completely supportive and focused on what actually fit my needs. It really felt like they met me where I’m at.

Once I decided and called to move forward, the process was quick—installation was scheduled for the very next day after financing approval. Nate, the installer, was incredibly respectful and did an excellent job. Everything was smooth, clean, and professional.

I got multiple quotes before making my decision, and these guys felt the most down-to-earth and honest by far. I feel confident I got the best value for my money.

My new AC system is modern, quiet, and works beautifully—I had the best sleep my first night with it!

Highly recommend!
