Saturday was my first day getting my vehicle serviced at this location and I cannot think the service team more! They went above and beyond my expectations they were friendly. They were welcoming, very informative and they are customer oriented my artistic son and I came in there Saturday and they showed my autistic child. The upmost respect as well. Kudos to Karla, Kenny, and Stutts!

We've purchased two vehicles from Deacon Jones this year, the first was a new 2025 Buick Envision ST, the second one was a used 2023 Ford Ranger XLT pickup truck. In both instances we were treated like family. Very nice. I can't think of a better place to buy a vehicle.

It took two trips to get an oil change and tire rotation, which I had purchased through a service plan. The first time, I brought my Grand Cherokee in at my scheduled appointment time, and was ushered to the waiting area. At 6:00, and after waiting for three hours, I noticed that the service area appeared to be closing. I walked back to the service office where I saw my car sitting in the exact place I had left it! It seems no one had done anything with it. While the staff was very apologetic, I still had to come back another day. They did offer to comp me the service, but I pointed out that it was already free with the maintenance package I had purchased. I will go back for my one remaining “free” oil change when the time comes, but after that I’m pretty sure I’ll use another mechanic.

Jeremy, my direct sales person was professional and courteous. He had Cherokee ready to test drive. Sales manager, etc. were down to earth people, no big egos and pleasant. I paid cash for purchase and they did not make me jump through multiple verifications like some previous dealers. My son and I were treated with respect. Definitely recommend.

Service Team + Sale Associate went above and beyond! On a road trip and had a minor tank issue. Very kind to make time on a busy day to ensure I knew how to fix it and other small issues I encounter and how to maintain my Jeep. THANK YOU for providing amazing service!
