Hello my name is Joe Richards and I picked trevita for the stem cell treatment for my specific medical issue I did a lot of research and I found this company to be the best fit for me.anybody that I had to talk to on the phone was very polite answered all of my questions and quoted me a price everything's up front there's no hidden costs I thank you to Fernanda. Fernando and Andrea the coordinators it has been 3 weeks since my procedure and I've already had a video chat with them as they were checking on my well-being see if I had any results yet I think it's a little too early but in the upcoming weeks I should feel something as everything good takes time I flew in I got picked up at the airport and brought to my hotel which they made the arrangements for me and that's included in the cost the following morning I got picked up to be brought to the treatment facility the doctors were very nice and explained to me the procedure it doesn't take very long and it's painless I do look forward with staying in touch with them and giving them my progress reports and I will return in the future for another procedure I just want to thank all of them for being there for me and staying in touch with me I believe stem cells is the medicine of the future in the future is now thank you very much sincerely Joe Richards

The entire process was made seamless and stress-free thanks to my coordinators, Fernando and Fernanda. Fernando’s warm, down-to-earth nature made both me and my partner feel like family, significantly enhancing our overall experience.
The hotel was beautifully relaxing, and both the hospital and recovery house were impeccably clean and welcoming. Having personal drivers throughout the process added a great level of convenience and comfort. My only suggestion for future patients is to have a translator app handy if you don’t speak Spanish, as not all staff are fluent in English. I cannot say enough amazing things about TreVita Medical. From start to finish, this experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

The coordinators, Fernando and Fernanda, are absolute angels. They handled everything — surgery coordination, all medical appointments, hotel arrangements, transportation, and aftercare. Once I arrived, they personally accompanied me to every single appointment, making the entire process completely stress-free. Before surgery, I also went to TreVita for stem cell therapy to help heal my body and prepare it for surgery — and once again, Fernando and Fernanda arranged everything seamlessly. They truly do it all.

My surgeon, Dr. Hurtado Vidal is outstanding. He is professional, highly experienced, and incredibly thorough. Every test and pre-operative concern was carefully addressed to ensure the best possible outcome. His precision and skill resulted in little to no pain, and his kindness and genuine concern for my well-being were evident at every step. I did not feel this level of care or confidence with any of the doctors I consulted with in the United States. It has only been one week since surgery, and I already feel absolutely amazing.

The entire TreVita experience is incredibly well-organized. You simply fly in, and from that moment on, you are taken care of. Trevita medical tourism was a great experience. From the beginning they were very responsive and personable. They made an effort to understand what I wanted and help me achieve that. They always followed up very quickly with any requests I had. When it came to going to Mexico, they texted me with who would be picking me up and kept me updated on instructions. I always felt safe and informed. Fernanda, Fernando, and Andrea were very personable and helpful. My driver Mauricio was interesting and kept me occupied during the drive with his knowledge about things to do in Mexico. The surgeon was kind, experienced, and easy to communicate with. The experience was amazing from before surgery up to now. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel important. Communication strong with all parties involved. The Care Team with TreVita was great! From the first phone conversation that I had with one of the representatives in San Diego to the Care Team. Every question of concern was answered and followed up with a text and email to confirm. The process of my experience was almost to easy. I was treated with such care and respect, I was allowed one companion to accompany and he was also treated the same. The communication was something I stressed about but they spoke English as well and made it easy. I didn't have to worry about my appointments, they had everything scheduled and set up with transportation. Everyone was wonderful, so nice and caring to every need. I'm so thankful to have found Trivita! Weight loss surgery has been something that has been on my radar for a few years now. I have struggled with my weight since my teens. This was the best experience ever. They have been so amazing! Every step of the way. From pre op questions to post op questions. Amazing! I have been sharing my journey with so many people and they are right there with any questions I can't answer for my friends and family. I will definitely be looking into having them help me down the road when I'm ready for skin removal from the rapid weight loss from the last surgery they helped me obtain.
My hospital room had an amazing view, my companion felt safe everywhere he went alone and with me.

I use Trevino because they seem like a very nice and very willing to help and just easy on all the information coming to you. I got there and I had somebody picking me up and let me know who they were what kind of car they drove and everything we went over to the hospital somebody met me there we took care of the lab work waiting for my next driver took me to the the hotel in somebody else met me there. It was a very good experience everybody was so nice and sweet and caring I've never had that kind of experience in a hospital before I would definitely recommend them

From the first call to my first follow-up appointment this week everything has been amazing. They provide continuous communication throughout the entire process. I was incredibly worried about making the decision for a while but once I arrived to the facility and met the team I felt at ease. Dr. Sandy and her team were awesome from start to finish and prior to the surgery Dr. Sandy could sense my nerves and talked me through the process and really made me feel at ease. The post op care was top notch as well. I believe the care was as attentive if not better than any experience I have had in my home state. The pre op diet was easy to follow and actually lost 40 pounds in the 8 weeks leading up to the procedure. The post op instructions are clear as well and I am doing well just 10 days out. The hotel complex was a perfect environment for pre and post op with convenient amenities including the garden which I used to get my walking in. My wife really enjoyed all of the dining options, took advantage of the spa for a massage as well as spent time at the pool. Safety and security is what TreVita delivered. Thank you to the team that transported me to get pre op labs, checked us into the hotel, and made sure we arrived back to the airport safely. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone and I am sorry I didn’t make this life improving decision sooner.

I had gastric sleeve surgery in Mexico, and I booked it through TreVita. After several years of doing extensive research and talking to friends, I decided to go with TreVita. Everyone was so nice and super helpful! Fernanda and Eliza are the best coordinators! They made everything a breeze, from making sure we had rides to and from the airport, setting everything up with the medical facility, and making sure we were comfortable from start to finish. Despite others’ opinions, Tijuana was not scary at all (although we never ventured out of the medical facility or hotel). Dr. Reyes did my surgery and him and his whole team were amazing! I’m so happy I went with TreVita, 100% would do it all over again!
