We came across Canyon Labs during the time when our company was in the process of identifying a partner who had extensive experience in medical devices (depth and breadth), was responsive to our many requests, and most importantly had a great team which was fun to collaborate while we continue to build our startup.
We would say without any hesitation that Canyon Labs delivered on all of those and even more. Because our products are heavily focused around Artificial Intelligence (AI), the regulatory path to FDA clearance was in transition, with new guidelines coming out frequently. The team at Canyon Labs, however, seemed to stay up to date with all these regulations and because of their deep expertise in the regulation process, they set us up for success from day one! Their work ultimately resulted on a record FDA clearance timeline, with minimal requests to address, even during this time of transition as the requirements for AI products are being established and re-established continuously.
Canyon Labs also assisted us with IEC testing and guidance as we were working in determining emissions for one of our proprietary UV disinfection endoscopic systems. The quality of work they delivered was very well documented and they had multiple discussions with us prior to testing the product, to ensure that our expectations were well understood by the team at Canyon Labs, and the right deliverables were completed.
