⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️
I can't say enough good things about Empower Rental Group in Adairsville. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding.
The skid steer I rented was clean, well-maintained, and performed flawlessly all weekend. What really impressed me, though, was how far the staff went to help. I needed attachments they didn't have in stock, and instead of just telling me "no" they searched inventory, made phone calls, and even arranged to purchase a new bucket so I could complete my project! That's the kind of customer service you just don't see very often anymore.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help!!
They've definitely earned my business, and I'll be renting from Empower for all of my equipment needs going forward.
Highly recommend!

This was our first time using this company for a scissor lift rental. We were most definitely pleased with the customer service and the price!
