I like that this is a do-it-all firm. They have the people and skills to handle all mechanicals and systems so you aren’t trying to wrangle three contractors. The service visit I had was handled easily, but wasn’t necessarily an easy problem. There was no head-scratching, no hesitation, just a get-right-down to it assessment of the situation then jumping right in to do what needed to be done. Every step was explained (I’m obviously not a plumber, but I’m more competent than the average homeowner, even so I still appreciated being able to have an intelligent conversation about the process and especially being treated courteously). It can’t be fun climbing on a roof with a heavy power auger to clear a vent line, or getting under a crawlspace to check things out. But Justin and Emershon just did their jobs efficiently, smoothly, and left me happy.

Tommy is by far the best expert specialist I have ever met. I’ve owned several homes in several places and John’s plumbing, heat, and air is the best business to maintain your HVAC and AC also. I highly recommend them for anyone in the area, especially if you’ve tried others. And know if Tommy turns out to be your technician, you are well taken care of. Their maintenance plan is as simple as it gets and the service response is immediate. Thanks again for all your help, if I wasn’t moving, I wouldn’t have ever left my contract.

We are so appreciative of John’s Plumbing and Aaron in particular. We had a major water main break at a shopping center. Of course it happened on a weekend. That didn’t stop John’s. They got a team out to us within a few hours. They worked through the night and the next day to get it corrected. It ended up being much more complicated than initially thought. Aaron kept in communication with us throughout the process. This allowed us to update our tenants in a timely manner.
We are very grateful and would recommend them.

10 stars for Aaron and Alberto. I wish we could fit more stars. They did an amazing job replacing our water heater. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They made a stressful situation so much easier and took great care of our home while they worked. Everything was explained clearly, and the installation looks great. We really appreciate their hard work and would absolutely recommend them to anybody.
