Great job. Dustin the installer did a wonderful job. He setup up all the items and explained to me what each one does.He also recommended the best crystal salt to purchase to maintain the system to optimize it efficiency..

I am so pleased with Leaf Home Water Filtration! Eight years ago my husband and I moved to a small farming town where we had a new house built. It didn't take long for our water to show evidence of clay, general dirt and particles of rust. At the time we couldn't afford to install a water filtration system, so we resorted to using Brita & PUR filters so we could at least have cleaner drinking water.

To make a long story short, we dealt with toilet issues, dirt deposits in our washing machine and dishwasher, along with skin issues that stumped even my dermatologist. Finally, a few months ago my skin developed a raised rash in just about every area on my body, including my scalp. That's when I couldn't take it anymore and decided to look into filtration systems.

We spoke with eight different companies, all of which gave us detailed proposals, warranty information, maintenance, etc., before we decided to go with Leaf Home. The company stands by their product with the best warranty in the business and we went from signing the purchase contract to complete installation in less than 24 hours.

Now, we have clean water in our entire house, and I can see signs of my skin finally begin to heal!! Along with the main filtration system, we opted for an additional system just for drinking water and I'm so glad we did!! In a nutshell, we HIGHLY recommend Leaf Home Water Filtration! They have an excellent product at an affordable price and OUTSTANDING service!

Friendly, on time, efficient, quick to answer questions, and fairly priced. Hard to find those qualities these days.

WHOA, hold on!

My original review has changed. I downgraded my 5⭐ review to 3 stars. Honestly, it should have dropped to 1 star—or even zero—but no one reads the rant of a one-star review.

It only took three days from the quote to the installation. That's amazing, right? Well, hang on. There's more to the story.

The installation itself went great. It was quick, looked original, and was everything you would expect from a well-known company... until I went into the crawl space to inspect the quality of the work. There was a leak at the main fitting that left a puddle on the ground. Also, the main bathroom had been left out of the filtration hookup.

Here's where the great service ends.

After three texts and one phone call to the salesperson, Brook, plus five texts and two phone calls to the service representative, Matthew, I still had no scheduled repair date. One call to the franchise customer service department finally got a repair date scheduled. Great—something was finally getting done.

Or so I thought.

As it turns out, they don't seem to care much about their customers once they've been paid. The scheduled repair date came and went without anyone showing up or even calling.

As I write this, I'm on hold with customer service for the third time and have been waiting for over 35 minutes.

UPDATE:

My wife and I were sitting on our deck enjoying a hot, humid 90+ degree day when the system started its purge cycle. It pumped water out at a significant flow rate for more than 20 minutes. While North Carolina has water restrictions that prohibit home car washing and limit irrigation, I sat there watching our grass turn brown while the system dumped what appeared to be 40–60 gallons of water into the rocks beside our house.

I can't tell you whether that's normal because, after being on hold with customer service for more than 20 minutes, I gave up and hung up.

Well, it looks like I've officially been added to the list of annoying customers. After several texts and calls to my new bestie at Leaf, Marcos, he's no longer returning my texts or calls either.

I've learned an important lesson: don't leave a negative review after you've paid the bill but before the work has been completed.

So, the waiting is over. If they don't want to finish the job, what can I do? 🤔

Well, let's see... There are literally hundreds of places on the internet where I can leave a review. For the next few weeks—until I get over being shafted—I'm going to make my opinion known wherever people are willing to listen.

Maybe I'll save someone else from this nightmare.  Can't wait for the next time I need service.  Bet it will be great.

Very happy with our experience with Leaf Home Water Solutions. Dustin did a great job with the installation he was professional, knowledgeable, and left everything clean when he finished. The system looks great, and we’ve already noticed an improvement in our water quality. Highly recommend!
