I’ve stayed at The London hotel for 20 years. My first visit was in 2006, and I was impressed with the room size, and well appointed suites. The bathrooms are large, featuring a double shower with beautiful tile. I stayed at The London again in mid June, and was not disappointed. I got in very early from a referee flight from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and I had breakfast and a drink in the bar after visiting the MOMA. I was given my high floor, corner suite, with beautiful bathroom with shower and separate deep soaking tub, well before normal check-in due to the Manager getting the room serviced early. My favorite Greek restaurant, Milos, is only one street over, and I dined there two nights out of the four I was there. The staff is always outstanding and top notch—in fact many of them still remembered me from 15 years ago when I used to stay here regularly. It felt very warm and welcoming. The location is great, as you are close to Central Park, museums, and prime 5th Avenue shopping. This is my favorite hotel in the city by far, and the cost is reasonable for what you get. The staff is the icing on the cake.

At first I saw that this hotel had a sub 4* rating.
After staying I’m not really sure why. Check in was fast & everyone was very pleasant.
Room is a great size for New York City we stayed in the king suite.
Coffee machine had my espresso capsules. Location is great next to Central Park.
I prefer staying in Meat Packing personally but wanted a change.
Very good hotel for the price point. If there were any issues before I think they have been resolved.

Headed to NY for one Friday night to celebrate a birthday and see a show, this location was within a few blocks of the show so looked perfect and boy was it ever. Location was spot on, and all the staff from the valet to the doorman to the check in desk were all super friendly, happy, and polite. And a huge shoutout to Jason McGrath-Budharam, I called ahead to arrange some birthday flowers and he went over the top, upgrading the room to a suite and adding champagne and a charcuterie board, it was simply amazing! I’ve been with Marriott for about 25 years and am Platinum for life but never have I been treated so kindly or given such royal treatment, I can’t thank him enough for what he did to make my fiancé’s birthday so special!
And there are ton of places to eat but don’t overlook Dabble, the hotel restaurant. We grabbed cocktails and a late supper, the wagyu sliders and wings were a perfect late night treat and the place was jammed with people at 11:00 pm, always a good sign of a great spot!

I don't understand the horrible reviews, and I am demanding. It's a nice property in a convenient location. Even the smallest rooms are above average for NYC and up to date/modern. Had a nice view of central park between the sky-scrapers). Check-in was a little rough (no early check in despite status and request, no upgrades, etc.). But after that, service was excellent. The bar/restuarant staff were great. Food and beverage were very good (expect NYC prices). Best aspect was how the Manager, Andrea, addressed a concern I had. Patient and kind. That is a lot, especially in NYC. So I rounded up to 5 stars. Edited: I forgot to mention that it has one of the best hotel gyms I've encountered: 15 or so cardio machines, a smith/squat rack, barbells, dumbells to 100, many machines, etc. Given the cost of day passes in Manhattan, this was a treat.

This is a full service luxury hotel. We went out for the evening, came back to water glasses, bottled water and chocolate on the night stand. The cost of the hotel reflects the location but in the end it was worth it. My family enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay. As Bonvoy Platinum, the front desk upgrade me to an amazing suite on the 50th floor. Friendly staff through-out and never had to wait at the desk or restaurant. Breakfast in the restaurant was great as well. Location was perfect if spending time north of Time Square. Easy access to subway too. There was an added fee on my bill that should have not been there, but they quickly refunded that after my stay. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience! Our room was so nice (and had an extremely comfy bed, which is a rarity in hotels), the room service was delicious (I'd highly recommend the continental breakfast), and it was just overall a really great stay.

We loved our stay. The hotel is wonderful. Rooms are spacious so when you get back from a long day out and about you have room to relax. Everything was super clean, shower hot/strong pressure with an extra vanity in bathroom!
Location is so convenient too. Glad we chose this hotel and will be back!

We had the BEST experience at this hotel for the last week celebrating my mom’s birthday. The staff was so so kind, from the bellman, to the door man, to the mini bar lady, to the managers. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcome! A huge snow storm rolled in and cancelled our flights leaving us stranded. The manager was so kind and worked with us to extend our rooms through the storm. The rooms themselves were stunning and we were so grateful to have a suite style room due to the storm. Our room was also very quiet! I cannot wait to come back, our experience way truly top notch!

I can't say enough great things about my stay here! Check in was early and easy! I had a couple of simple requests and both were done before I arrived! The housekeeping was daily as was turn down with a cute chocolate on the nite stand 😍 The toiletries that came with the room smelled amazing and didn't dry my skin out...the bathroom vanity was a perfect spot to get ready for the day and freshen up in the evening. Also tried the restaurant onsite, Dabble...drinks and sliders were a great way to end the night ...I will definitely return!

This hotel was perfect!
Room: the room was one of the most cozy rooms i’ve been to. It was a perfect space for our family and had a good view and the cleaner made the beds so good.
Check in: check in went great! It was fast and the people working was super nice and kind.
Restaurant: the restaurant Dabble had fantastic food! We had room service and did not experience the restaurant but the food was amazing!
Atmosphere: the atmosphere in the hotel was super cozy. Perfect lighting, very good corridors and the gym was fantastic! It was very clean also!
We had a fantastic time and are looking forward to stay here again!☺️

An excellent stay from start to finish. Service was consistently fast and friendly, the room was spotless, and turndown service truly made it feel like a home away from home. The location is ideal, just a short walk to Times Square, yet the hotel remains quiet and comfortable at night. Subway access is also conveniently close for traveling throughout the city.
When our flight was canceled due to weather, the hotel was extremely accommodating and made extending our stay seamless. Room service was prompt and delicious. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel I would highly recommend.

I was skeptical of this hotel at first because of the 3.8 stars on Google however I noticed most of the comments were nitpicky. This hotel is AWESOME!! The rooms were very spacious with a living room to hang-out and the bathroom was definitely luxurious. Coffee service in the morning was a surprise and you cannot beat the location of this hotel. The staff were trained like a Ritz-Carlton to where they always greeted you and said something nice as they passed you. The hotel is an easy walk to 5th Ave, Times Square, Central Park, and the Broadway shows. Also, it did not have near the noise level as hotels in that area. I will definitely stay here again when I return to NYC.

I visited The Luxury Hotel Collection for a tour, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our group was greeted warmly, and the staff made us feel comfortable right away. A special thank-you to Said, the Assistant Director of Front Office, who guided us with professionalism and kindness. He explained everything clearly, answered our questions, and helped make the tour genuinely enjoyable. The staff’s dedication and hospitality stood out, and I left with a great impression of how much care goes into creating a luxury stay. I would highly recommend visiting or staying here based on the wonderful service we received.

For perspective purposes, I have stayed at a Marriott property 1500 times. I have stayed at this Location numerous times
The location is good. The rooms are nice, but the front desk is a joke.
I think two of the three times it’s been poor, one time has been normal
I’ve tried checking in online, never works. I’ve tried Communicating with the hotel through the app online, again no response
Once you get past the front desk, you’re fine. But when you’re traveling, staying at the hotel is part of the experience.

I had an amazing experience at The Luxury Collection Hotel in NYC. Everything was perfect from start to finish, great room, excellent service, and a central location. It truly couldn’t have been better.
A special thank you to General Manager Geoffrey Mills, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. His leadership really shows in how well the hotel is run.
I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Overall the hotel, location and comfort of the rooms is great! We arrived during the UN so it was a hassle to move around quickly. We checking in initially with a French lady w/an accent she seemed bothered and rushed and couldn’t find our resv. After showing her our resv she spent another 10 mins trying to find a mgr. she then proceeded to give me an email address to forward my confirmation and then asked us to step aside with ZERO follow up and then just left. It was unprofessional and rude. We had no direct contact or next steps and she never came back. Fatima quickly stepped into action as she noticed we were starting to become frustrated by the lack of customer service. Oddly She found our resv and quickly checked us in and apologized for the wait. You should recognize Fatima for her initiatives, great customer service and appreciate her dedication to the brand. We were there for a meeting and had booked 2 other parties there. Thank you Fatima! We’ll be back.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at this property! I felt welcomed immediately by Omar the bellman and the welcoming attention by the front desk staff. My room was beautiful and very clean! Location was very central, but away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square.
After checking in, I needed to eat, as I’d been traveling all day. I went to the restaurant and was greeted by Miro the sommelier. We spent time chatting about our kids in college. Then I happened to mention that I had a concern about my reservation. My husband had booked it through his Marriott account. I said that I would mention it to the desk staff later, when I had a chance, as I was heading out to meet my daughter.
Miro took it upon himself to mention my concern to the manager. The manager tried to reach me in my room, but I was out. So, he called my husband to clear up the concern! I got a call from my husband telling me not to worry, everything was taken care of, and enjoy my visit.
That was the kind of care I felt throughout my visit. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful.
I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here on future visits!

I booked the stay using Agoda. Already pre paid in full. No problems during checked in, but after we checked out, they tried to charged me double using my other credit card that i used during checked in.
The hotel denied that they tried to charged me double after i checked out. Even after i submit all the proofs. They still insisited they never received the fund from Agoda. And Not agree to refund the excess charges. agoda confirmed that they already received the fund 100%, and the hotel front office director refused to acknowledged and denied that they received the fund, and this is still ongoing problems. Mr RC , He is Very Rude with super SLOW responses. Very Frustating!! Definitely the worst 5 Stars marriott bonvoy hotel i've ever stayed. Even the 3-4 stars marriott do better.

Don’t believe the negative reviews. Come try it for yourself!
We booked a 2 bedroom suite, with two bedrooms (advertised as King beds), two full baths and a living room.
Location was great for proximity to Broadway and Central Park and lots of good restaurants.
No problem applying my Ambassador $50 breakfast credit and $35 destination for each day. It was all handled at checkout.
Room was ready at 11 AM and late checkout to 3 PM granted without a problem.
Housekeeping was on point and always ensured room was clean and turndown service provided.
Front desk and doormen very friendly.
Water pressure was great in the shower!
Minor things:
during peak times the elevator can be slow
The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor
The second bed was advertised as a king bed, but was clearly a queen bed
These items were all minor and it not detract from the fabulous stay.
Would I come back? Absolutely. In fact, I will be back next week!

The hotel surpassed my expectations in every way possible!
To start with, the staff are the friendliest you’ll ever meet. They’ll help you in every way possible and ensure you’re comfortable in any way.
The rooms are superb, I’m very happy that we got upgraded to a suite! The rooms are super spacious and very well maintained. The beds are probably the best ive ever slept on.
The location is fantastic too as you’re away from the crowd but close to everything.
All in all, this hotel made me enjoy my stay at New York as opposed to the first time. I definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to be back in the future.

The hotel is perfectly located in Midtown Manhattan, ideal for exploring the city. Our room was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean – absolutely no complaints there. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk left a less positive impression: one staff member was not very friendly, and we were only able to check into our room around 10 pm. On top of that, we had to follow up several times until midnight before the sofa bed for our children was prepared. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a prime location, but the service did not quite meet the high standards one would expect from a Luxury Collection property.

The Luxury Collection was so good to us!! Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay wonderful, from leaving an extra special welcome surprise (we were in town for our daughters birthday), to giving us a great room with a peek-a-boo Central Park view, to being accommodating with a late checkout and anything else we needed while we were there. The staff was always there to greet us with a smile and it made our stay really warm and wonderful. Side note, I am a snob on linens and the bed linens were fantastic, and the rooms were quiet - thank you Luxury Collection!

My recent stay at the Luxury Collection Hotel in Manhattan was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The reception staff, especially Sherry, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, always wearing a smile, and eager to assist us with anything we needed. Her dedication to ensuring our happiness truly stood out.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed and offers a luxurious ambiance. It’s perfect for both families and couples looking for a memorable getaway. One of the best features is its prime location—just a few minutes' walk from Times Square, which is a huge plus for exploring the city.
I highly recommend the Luxury Collection Hotel for anyone visiting New York. You won't be disappointed.
