Was 10 mins late and the front desk lady spent 15 mins on looking for the dr to see if I could be seen so while I sat I thought I should see what the ratings were for this office? I asked if the dr was waiting on me I seen three people sitting in the lobby she informed me that I couldn’t be seen I would have to reschedule? She made the comment so do I even want to reschedule well thinking of the spot on my leg yeah but said nah I didn’t even make this appointment it was made through Owensboro health which I thought had my best interest so I left and will go elsewhere first and last time I’ll be there as I was having my ordeal a lady was having to come back and wasn’t happy that she wasn’t healed yet I told her she should check the reviews she may not be healed anytime soon?

1.5 hour wait as first apt of the day, less than two minutes being seen, took a month to send referral to their other clinic then said I never actually needed it in the first place, and now dealing with them double billing my insurance for this one useless apt. This place is a joke. Already was seen elsewhere and had what I was asking them resolved before they could get me to their correct clinic over five months.

Had my first biopsy and everyone is so nice and makes sure you're comfortable and not in pain. The place is pretty and clean. Didn't wait long and didn't have to do a books worth of paperwork. Made an anxious process not so bad. Thank you.

If you get a referral to this office run! Scheduling an appointment was fine the lady was kind over the phone and kind checking me in the problem started once I was taken to the room. I was told the Dr would be on shortly there were 2 people ahead ok awesome I get changed in into my gown and then proceeded to wait for an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time! I heard her go into the 2 rooms on either side of my room for 4 different patients I finally had enough and got dressed and walked out of the room they clearly forgot I was in there and then acted like I was the problem for wanting my appointment cancelled so I could have my referral changed to another facility and then lied to my face when I told them she had seen no less then 4 patients ahead of me I literally heard them cleaning the room after each patient those walls are paper thin and then the dr greeting a new patient each time she went into the room. So unless you like waiting well beyond your appointment time to be seen which appears to be a common issue at this facility based on other reviews I would avoid this place!

I'll start off by saying that my interactions with scheduling and front desk staff were great. They were understanding when I had to reschedule my initial appointment because I woke up feeling ill. When I went for my new appointment, the front desk lady was kind when I arrived and checked out. I was taken to a room, given a gown, explained what to do, and told the doctor would be in soon. She was was. No knock at the door, but I was ready, so no biggie. She said she was an APRN and told me what my referral was for, I confirmed. Skin check and nail deformity. I told her I had some questions about specific things with my skin. I had a list. I got through about half. Most of it was told to use and was shown OTC products on Amazon. Other things was told "it's probably because of your arthritis." No offers of actual solutions. She kept trying to leave while I was still asking questions. I'm not amused that I drove an hour and a half each way, for 15 minutes of her time and no real answers.
