Got a free estimate from Best Virginia regarding the replacement of an aging furnace, correcting some uninsulated ductwork, and other needed HVAC repairs/renovations. The technician (Caleb or Jacob, I apologize for my memory lapse) and the Project Manager (John Nelson) were timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained our HVAC situation in clear-to-understand language. Would definitely recommend giving Best Virginia a call as part of your market research/due diligence before making a final decision on selecting an HVAC contractor.

Caden and his sidekick did a wonderful job. They were diligent in seeking the problem and taking care of it. I’m sure it was much more complicated than they anticipated for a maintenance call. They were not going to give up, even if it meant they had to crawl under the house. …Sorry guys.
They were very good about informing me what they were finding out and telling me what they were doing. That is wonderful for me. I always like to know what’s happening.
I would gladly recommend this dynamic duo! Best Virginia should be thrilled to have them

Got my new a/c and heating unit installed and I must say IT WAS QUICK AND PAINLESS. My FANTASTIC install team of JACOB, ZACH, AND AIDEN were on top of things (even prepared for the weather before it hit). They had everything they needed and worked together to get the job done. ONCE AGAIN they were very PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN WORK SPACE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and VERY FRIENDLY..Im please with everything

We had the pleasure of being serviced by Austin and Nick today! I can’t imagine Best Virginia has any finer employees! These two guys felt like part of my family! They were kind, courteous, and very attentive! Serviced our unit and made a couple of minor recommendations! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend Best Virginia. John Caruthers runs a wonderful company!
