Amazing service, good prices and helpful staff.
I was helped by Sahil today. He took the time to explain me everything and took care of little stuff that I didn't even know I was supposed to know. For example, list of items in my package and the monetary value of the goods etc.

I shipped a 23kg suitcase to India and I realized they have pre-sized cardboard boxes as per your need so, I ever brought home a 10kg box to ship more stuff.

Make sure you have receiver's Id (Aadhar Card in my case). A WhatsApp picture of the same will do.
