AJP Towing went above and beyond to help my daughter when she needed her jeep towed. From the moment I called, they were understanding, kind, helpful, and quickly responsive, and time, for us, was of the essence. They were there incredibly quickly to tow her jeep, were responsive in a complicated situation, very intelligently sorted things out, and were very understanding. Told us he will be here in 45 minutes. One hour later they told me another 25 minutes. Miscommunication and false information. I was stranded in the rain with my car in the middle of the street. Their address was 8 minutes away from my location and i asked them earlier how long and they made false statements of how long it will be taking. Not reliable. No communication. Expensive.
