Issues with purchasing correct sized skylight and some sloppy flashing seals were addressed to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Regal to any of my friends and family.

The representative came to my house after the hail event in 2025 and offered to inspect my roof. After the inspection, I was told the roof needed replacement, and a claim was filed with my insurance. The insurance approved not only the roof but also additional items including gutters, fascia, downspouts, and window screens.

However, I was advised by the representative that only the roof needed to be replaced at that time, as the other items “looked fine” and could be addressed later. I was also told that the company did not have crews available to complete those items at the time. As a first-time homeowner dealing with this process, I relied on that guidance and proceeded with the roof replacement only.

What was not explained to me was that delaying the remaining approved items could affect how the insurance would pay for them later. When I later attempted to complete the remaining work, I learned that insurance would no longer cover the full originally approved amount and would only release a portion of it. This resulted in a significantly higher out-of-pocket cost than expected (from original 2500 deductible to now 6400).

Additionally, when I reached out earlier this year to complete the remaining work, I did not receive timely follow-up, which further contributed to the situation. I have sent to official complaints to the company's local representative in the past week and haven't received any response so far.

Overall, my concern is not just about the cost, but about the lack of clear communication regarding the potential consequences of delaying approved work. I would strongly recommend that future customers ensure they fully understand how insurance claims and timelines may impact coverage before deciding to split work into phases.

Regal Roofing was a great experience. Alex Ramirez came in when we had no clue what to do or expect. He made the process a great experience and a flawless execution. His crew worked from sun up to sun down and were very respectful of us as the homeowners. I wouldn’t fool with any other company but Regal Roofing. They are professionals and experts. Kyle Collin came out and inspected my roof, found hail damage, after I contacted my State Farm agent, he came back and met their adjuster while I was on vacation. Once my claim was approved he came out again to help us pick out the shingles and scheduled the install date. On the reroofing day he was there to make sure everything went smooth, the crew showed up early that morning and finished it late that evening. Kyle Collin made sure everything from the first inspection to the last shingle being put down went smooth! Everything was just too easy! Big thanks to Kyle and Regal Roofing for a job well done! I actually referred them to my parents too!!
