I noticed around 5:15 on Friday evening that the septic tank overflowed into the shower in the lower level and also into the lower garage. I called Rooter bc I had used them before and they said they’d send someone out between 8-10 the next morning. Then Mike, the owner, monitors requests for services and called me and said he’d call someone and they would come out shortly. He was here before 6 pm. The amazing thing was that that guy hadn’t worked for him for about 1.5 years and they had remained friends. That guy told me the line needed to be snaked and I needed a plumber. So Mike called a plumber who came out within an hour to take care of the problem. All three men really cared and were very helpful and polite. I highly recommend Rooter. What could have been a disaster was addressed quickly and competently.

Vance Hyde is very professional and knowledgeable to be so young! He came out this morning and asked me what was happening with our septic. My husband and I thought we were needing our septic tank drained, Vance explained to me that it could be 3 different things going on and the pricing. He then took a look and turns out That wasn't what needed done at all. Vance then explained to me our problem and price (which was lower than price said) and had it fixed in no time and I literally mean no time at all!!
I am very satisfied with the time, work, knowledge and price they gave me. I am recommending Rooter Express to everyone!
Reasonable prices, professional and very, very Nice employees, and Prompt Service.
Trust me, you will not be disappointed with their work or pricing.
Deserves 10 stars, but unfortunately it will only let me give 5.
Thank you everyone at Rooter Express!

I had a great experience with Rooter Express. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the whole process. The technician clearly explained the issue and walked me through the repair options without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was done efficiently, and everything was cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find reliable plumbers, but these guys definitely earned my trust. I would recommend Rooter Express to anyone needing fast and dependable plumbing service.

Huge shoutout to Rooter Express! They came out quickly, figured out the issue with our septic system, and had it fixed the same day. Super professional, polite, and they cleaned everything up before they left. They pumped the tank, repaired the problem, and now everything is working perfectly again. Such a relief to have honest, dependable people you can count on. Highly recommend!
