I have only good things to say about Ready Septic. I’ve used Ray’s Septic in the past, and I can confidently say: never again. From the moment I called Ready Septic, everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They came out and gave me an estimate the same day, and showed up exactly when they said they would the next day to complete the work. They were respectful of my time, my home, and my finances. They were focused and fast, they got the work done, cleaned everything up, and left the place looking better than when they arrived. They fixed the shoddy job Ray’s had done 8 years ago, and they did it with a friendly attitude and a reasonable price. Thanks Thomas!!

Hired them to pump my Septic tank and Thomas and the gentleman with him did a great job. During the process of the pump out Thomas upsold me a riser install to avoid the need to dig to access the lid each time they pumped. I went ahead and bought it. Thomas informed me somebody would be out on Monday to do the install. So far so good. The technician arrived at my house about 2 hours after I received the text he was on his way. Okay, delays happen. Before he began I asked if there would be excess dirt that the riser would leave to which he said yes. I asked that the excess dirt be placed along the house and that I would take care of it. Instead, once he installed the riser, he used his digging shovel to throw the large chucks of earth in and around the hole and would occasionally stomp it down with his feet. He clearly only had the one tool. A few moments later he drove out of my driveway without saying a word. When I looked at the septic tank area it was a mess. Clumps of dirt and grass everywhere. He made no effort to grade the dirt. He even left dirt all over the newly installed riser. I called just to be sure he wasn’t coming back. They informed me he said he was done. See the photos of how he left it and how it looked after I cleaned up the mess he left. They did offer to send somebody back tomorrow but unfortunately I had more workers coming and declined. It’s unfortunate that what could have been a 5 star review, became 3 stars because the last person on the job failed to deliver a quality outcome.

The company made arrangements to come pump the septic tank, but was able to co.e earlier so that made my experience even better.

The operator, Thomas, was cordial and worked to help me with replacing the cover of the opening.

I am quite pleased with the result after pumping out the sludge.

Thomas was very informative, and efficient. He was here within the few hour window and despite the weather had a great attitude. He explained what he was doing and even gave us some insight into what the problem was. Thank you for your amazing service. We will be using this company again.

Angelo is very professional and knowledgeable and took care of the project expertly and efficiently.
Cost was best we could find after many estimates. Working with him and his crew was worth every penny. Provided peace of mind for family, and that is priceless.
Thank you Angelo for the job well done.
Highly recommend his company to address any septic/grading jobs.

Ready Septic came out to service our tank today. We had a clog leading into the tank that our plumber discovered and suggested we have someone come take a look to ensure the tank was functioning properly. Justin and his coworker talked me through everything and ensured me everything looked good and was working properly. I was grateful they were willing to squeeze us in at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. Ashley who took my call took great care of me as well! Great experience!

I couldn't believe how much was in my tank. Had I not called when I did, there would have been some major issues inside my house. They arrived earlier and went right to work. Everything was explained to me as they went from start to finish and everything in between. Very professional and courteous. I am extremely pleased with the work they did and I highly recommend this company for anyone needing to have their septic tank pumped. Fantastic job guys!

I am beyond satisfied with the exceptional service and kindness experienced with ready septic. My mother had a huge hole in her front yard from water back up due to Brothers heating and air placing a septic tank that was too small and too close to her house 5 years ago. She called around and got numerous estimates of multiple companies in York sc, stating they could do the Job for 7,000 to 7,500 trying to lock her in to a contract. After speaking with the owner and the caring office staff they made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in the right place for the work needed! The owner showed kindness and empathy for my mother. He knew she was elderly, on a fixed income and venerable. He explained to me and my mom that he was an expert in septic tank systems that’s all he deals with. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and took his time explaining what needed to be done. He showed grace for my mom in regards to the cost and he did impeccable work and finished the job in 3 hours. This is a man of God, that did top tier work for my mom. We are very satisfied! Thank you 🙏
