Very poor reptile care, not knowledgeable about reptile care whatsoever. (Promoting horrible products for the animals with animals in poor conditions in enclosures) rude staff etc. As a professional reptile keeper with 25+ reptiles in pristine care - do NOT buy reptiles here. Go to a reptile specific store instead or preferably a reputable breeder. I can’t speak too much on birds but they were in tiny cages as well with red basking lights (which are horrible for reptiles which they had there as well.) which I can’t only assume is no good for birds. Once again please do not shop here if you want actual advice on reptile care. Staff was rude and interrupted my conversation with a friend with false information. I feel deeply saddened for the animals being sold here as well as unknowing customers buying said animals. Please do proper research before buying ANY animal - but for reptiles you should go to reptifiles.com, great advice - do not listen to the people here.

Not sure when the other review was made, but this store was great. New owner took over and he was great they really cleaned up the store and its spotless and animals are kept very clean. I bought a kitten and some fish and are all doing well.. I would defiantly recommend this store.!!

Do not buy animals from this store, they are often diseased and do not live long!

WHAT!!! is this for real? oh my goodness ... that is the worst thing i ever heard :-( can anything be done about this? i mean .. these are not some plants we are talking about that die after you bring them from home depot .. poor little animals, arent' there any laws for this?
