I recently went to Trent Pet to see if I could get some advice on a behavior problem with my puppy the manager helped me out gave me great advice and and now the issue has been resolved management and staff at Trent pet know what you're doing and talking about great place to go for product and advice.

Staff are so helpful here. I like that unlike the other pet store in teddys plaza this one doest have 25 dogs everyday. You can tell they truly dont deal with puppy mills like that other store.

I recently purchased a told to be pineapple female conure from Trent Pet Stores in Oshawa. I had this conure dna'd and looked at by a reputable breeder and it turns out that this conure is a cinnamon mutation and dna'd a male. I already talked to the manager and he did nothing for me except to say that if I wasnt happy I could return with certificate and he would re-sell and give me the money back. This advertisement was on kijijii site and this is where I found, and it was advetised as such. I think that this manager does not know what he is talking about and takes in parrots with no or little information, and like I read earlier, that he likes to make money! We are happy with our male cinnamon conure, but paid the price for a pineapple female. Now if to purchase another as a pet, we have to get dna'd male or we will have a breeding problem.
Thank you for talking to me Alex, but you are not a reputable honest manager in my opinion by no means. And if we visit your store again and you are there, I will chat with you again face to face.

trent pet is one of the cleanest pet store in oshawa when i went in, there was no smell all the animals are kept very clean and they where very helpfull.

Trent Pet is now at the Five points mall in oshawa. I started going there and I didnt know they had pets. It doesnt stink in there and all their animals are healthy. i have bought many things from them, from fish to birds and hamsters to a puppy. They walked me though the store and got me what i needed for the pet i was buying and they told me what i didnt need today and could get another day. they helped me get the best value and bang for my buck. i will always buy my pets and supplies for my pets there. they are so nice and helpful. unlike other pet stores where the dogs are dirty and all sick looking, my puppie was healthy and playful, i also got to see what the mom and dad looked like by pictures. they get their puppies from local people. that is why they dont have many dogs. my girlfriend sold her puppies there and we were very happy with the outcome. GREAT PLACE!!!

Very Clean! There is absolutely no smell! The first time i went in there I had to ask if they had any animals becuase there was no "animaly" smell. The staff is very polite and helpful! I definitely recommend!

Everytime i go into trent pet I am greeted and looked after. They have everything from puppies and kittens to fish food and pet toys. The only problem i had was the health of a kitten i bought from the store and they did not fully explain any warranty on the kitten, when I called the next week they said there was nothing they could do about it. The kitten is happy and healthy now but it did cost me hundreds of dollars to get her better. other than that I fully reccomend.
