I just had my surgery, and I have to say—the staff was absolutely amazing! ❤️
I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Hooman and Dr. Salamatari. Both doctors were so respectful, professional, and kind. Before my surgery, they both came in to wish me well, along with the anesthesiologist, who really helped put me at ease. My surgeon is always available, and all I had to do was send him a text.
But I want to give a very special shout-out to Maria, the patient coordinator . Maria went above and beyond for me. She reached out to check on me at times when I didn’t even think she would be available, and every time I reached out, she responded without hesitation. ❤️
I want the doctors to know what a special person Maria is. She truly cares about her patients, and that kind of compassion makes such a difference during a process that can be stressful and scary. .
Thank you to all of the staff at the hospital for making my experience so positive. Everything was perfect, and I am truly grateful to each and every one of you.
I’m home now, my pain has been minimal to none, and I’m officially on my way to a healthier life. 🙏❤️

Dr Shabatian Houma is the best.He was very attentive and professional. He truly treats you like family and makes you feel very comfortable. I am 1 week post op and feel great. I am very pleased with West Medical they were fast about the whole process. I’ve lost 14 pounds in 7 days!!! It feels great.. thanks again Wesr medical 🫵🏻👊🏻

I want make it very clear that it was not the doctors. The nurse or the coordinating team they were not the issue. The issue was my time and energy was wasted. I’ve had this appointment and was looking forward to it as I thought it was covered under my insurance because the way they market their services is that they will cover through insurance however she came back and said it would be $200 for ultrasound because I have not met my out-of-pocket deductible so she was very helpful and explaining that process to me, but in general to have a lot of people waste their time I would highly recommend you asking your insurance provider first if you are contracted with them is what she said to saybecause they’re just getting people in and not only is it a waste of time on my end I took time off work. I used hours off that I could’ve used for other things just to go to this appointment and they also are wasting their time me going in there to get a consultation so it highly disappointed in this experience, their marketing and advertising team needs to definitely get some things in line.Also wasted 4$ for parking which I could have saved my hard earned money money as well.

Doctor and staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Mikhail was excellent. I was suffering from severe leg pain and varicose veins for several years. He was very thorough in his evaluation. He explained everything in great detail.
