I've been going to LYEV MedSpa since February, and I don't think I'll ever leave it! From the very first interaction with Cynthia over the phone helping to set me up with getting my lips done for the first time as well as providing information on other treatments I was hoping to get, to coming in office and starting my skin care journey- it's been nothing but enjoyable! I genuinely have recommended and will continue to recommend this location to anyone I can.
Autumn is an absolutely fantastic nurse; I was very nervous and skeptical about some of the treatments I've gotten here and every time she made me feel relaxed and not pressured even once. Cynthia and Autumn have both done everything they can to answer any questions I have, be transparent with me regarding results and what to expect, and truly help me get the most out of my visits, each and every time. And the owners are also such a lovely couple that make you want to give your business to them. If you're looking for a warm, empathetic, and professional environment with results that you actually see- this is the place for you!

Consultant Cynthia is very communicative and ensures clients needs are being met, and is really great at setting the client up with a compatible nurse. I am so so happy I came across their deal on Instagram, it was my first introduction into the Med Spa world!
Everyone here is so nice and welcoming! They really care about your comfort and making sure you leave there feeling your most beautiful. I started going in Nov and here in May I still go as a treat myself kinda thing. Shout out to Cynthia, Autumn and the beautiful lady at the front desk (I can’t remember her name I’m sorry lol) but each of them make it feel like a spa day with the girls :)

Autumn is a very kind person; she makes me feel like family. I really appreciate her sincerity. To all the Latinas, I say: Don't look for clinics that cater to Latinos; they don't have good deals. Look where the Anglo-Saxons are. Here, there are great specials and even payment plans. Plus, they speak Spanish; you can ask for Cinthia or Nahomi. Overall, this is a very good place to get your bikini line done or any other laser treatment.

My honest review, I found this place on social Media, saw pictures of before and after and decided to give it a try. On my first consultation I was offered not the right treatment that I was looking for and was not seeing the results I was promised. However, Cynthia was so very helpful and gave me the option of the correct treatment she was thorough and honest. Her expertise and kind professionalism changed everything for me. After the first correct treatment I saw immediate results. Also the nurse Susie was super amazing! Very kind and also very honest and detailed. These two girls made what was at first a bad experience into a great one! I would suggest you consult first with any of these two gals before deciding on what to get.
