Horrible! Scheduled for 9:50 and sitting here at 10:30 in the waiting room. Was told I’m not god I don’t know how long or when you will be seen. Was asked if we needed to reschedule.
This is egregious. Doctors should not schedule themselves this way as if no one has anything going on in life. If any other business was run this way it would not make it. Why are doctors allowed to do this?

Dr Bramhall and staff are truly wonderful! My son has severe allergies that include ear pain and very sore throat & headache as well as nausea Urgent care misdiagnosed him with an ear infection on two separate occasions!
Dr bramhall was so kind to squeeze us in on a Friday (when they close at noon). The waiting area was full & I was late arriving; But staff managed to fit us in for both an audiology appt & to see Dr. Bramhall (truly a blessing!)
Dr. Bramhall is lighthearted and personable but very professional; He made us feel at ease.
Also Dr bramhall allowed me to look at my son's ear and showed me how my son's ears are perfectly healthy and clear though I was told only yesterday by urgent care that his ear was "definitely infected." And then urgentcare gave us a very strong antibiotic.
Dr Bramhall suggested another course of treatment for us and we now feel like we are on the right path to good health! Thank you for caring.

Dr Bramhall is very thorough and spends time to explain and ask questions. The staff is very friendly and it’s a really pleasant environment.

At the start of my consultation with Dr. Bramhall, his tone came across as dismissive and condescending. During the visit, he made several odd and completely random comments that had nothing to do with my care — including a strange reference to “Jesus” and an inappropriate remark about splitting my paycheck. The entire interaction felt unprofessional, uncomfortable, and unsettling.

I addressed my discomfort with him, his assistant, and the front office staff, but I still left feeling disrespected and uneasy. Afterward, I noticed other reviews online describing similar behavior, suggesting this may be an ongoing pattern of inappropriate and random comments. This was by far the weirdest doctor visit I’ve ever experienced — entirely because of the doctor’s behavior. I truly hope the clinic takes this seriously and ensures patients are treated with respect and professionalism.

Dr. Bramhall is the absolute best Dr. I have encountered in my life time. Was treated like a person rather than a number. I had a posterior nose bleed that had been bleeding 11 hours and the final result required an OR visit which the operation went smooth and was able to stop the bleeding. The office staff was very nice and the nurse/PA was a sweetheart that initially had called me back and was fun to chat with. Thank you Doc for everything and I will be back to thank all the staff.
