I hired the company for a one time service. after getting a quote for two guards to work for 5 hours I confirmed invoice. I am not sure what happened but the Owner blocked my phone number when I called the day of to confirm. And they never showed up. Put me in a terrible position when I needed a security team. Customer beware.

I did a brief google search before I hired them and saw 4.9 stars. Looking closer now I can see most of the 5 star reviews are from people about how it is great to work there.

So many times we’ve had a good experience with their personnel, them being professional, and showing up on time. Recently, we were planning our high school event, we needed good security, so we contacted 247 Guard Security. They promised to send their best and most experienced guards, and they really did. What impressed me the most was that all the guards showed up with full uniform 30 minutes ahead of their shifts, which doesn’t always happen with security these days. Their being on time and professional really helped our event go smoothly. It was great to not have to worry about that part.
