I want to share a great experience I had with the Banc of California (Escondido Branch). This Bank and Branch has been very exceptional in how they have handled my multiple trust accounts that they hold there. I believe that they are up with the best banks that I deal with and I deal with over 20 Banks and Credit Unions. I was just in their Branch yesterday again and they performed 100% plus with the issues we were dealing with. Thank you Banc of California for the great service. I have been a customer of the Escondido branch for a number of years. The staff treats me like a ‘family member’. I’d go so far as to say I feel like ‘Norm from Cheers’. Everyone is friendly and we can all share a laugh to break up the work day. I look forward to having a bank transaction so I can share a story about the weekend or, especially right now, discuss the Padres.

We have been banking with the Escondido branch for 11+ years. I rarely need to go into the branch, because I get great remote support, but when I do go my needs are addressed quickly and completely. And the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The team at the Escondido branch of Banc of California is just AMAZING! They are always willing to assist their clients with any banking needs. We have several business and personal accounts and I appreciate their efforts of watching over our accounts and being our business/personal bankers! And when you walk into the branch, the team always has a smile and always welcomes you!
