I took my maltese cross in for a haircut. I said a clean cut around the face. No problem, I didn't think she would cut off the whiskers. Under her neck from ear to ear was shaved right down to the skin, she had razor burns on one side of her face, and an small open wound under her chin. She didn't trim the tail like I asked and did not bath her. I know because when she shook herself small hairs flew all over the place and in the car she smelled like urine and perfume. I bathed her when I got home. My dog had been quiet for 4 days. That's not like her. Also the place smells too much of urine, I will not be taking my dog back there.
