I went here just to get a cone with lite ice cream. I waited over 5 minutes just to get an ice cream cone. I asked the shift lead William when he brought me my ice cream. Is there a reason for a five minute wait on just an ice cream cone that’s all I have on my order. He said that I’m sorry ma’am. I was so upset that I only got a I’m sorry and people were getting food by past me and I’m literally sitting here just for one ice cream. I go to Chick-fil-A all the time I see them bring out just ice cream cones for other orders all the time and they get to pull off and I pull up just for an ice cream and wait over five minutes. I just find that was just so ridiculous and only just for him to say I’m sorry.

The only relatively close Chikfila slower than this one is the new drive thru only in Valley AL. You’d think a drive thru only would be faster, but they only ever have one service/food delivery line at end of drive thru so everyone must merge into one.
The employees are super nice, esp the ones standing in hot sun.

Ordered lunch through the app. Went to pick up, there's an issue with the order, gluten free buns aren't ready. No problem, we'll take it without the bun. They were busy/it was the lunch rush, so this issue took a bit to get addressed. They give us 2 vouchers as apology for the bun issue which was very nice. We take lunch back and start divvying up the food and there's an order of fries missing from one of the meals. Stuff happens, but I don't understand not triple checking that all of the items are in the bag, especially when there's already been an issue with the order.

Staff is very nice and the food tastes good when you get what you order.

Great food and great service. I really love the mobile thru lane. Everytime we go the food and service is great. So happy to have this option on this side of town instead of the old mall drive up.
