First encounter with this dealership. My wife’s car was purchased at another unnamed dealership. The car had an airbag recall and several months of trying to get the work done there we gave up and came here. They were upfront and honest about the parts timeline and got the job done once they had the part. My only gripe was it was hard to get in contact with service, however, very appreciative they got the recall work done on a car they didn’t even sell.

Im extremely disappointed and truly feel ignored by this dealership specifically by a so called manager named John. I called about a specific vehicle and talked with Nick who was very polite and was trying his best to awnser my questions but when you didn't know the awnser he transferred me to Manager John who totally blew me off and said "This isn't the vehicle for you". I had questions about an accident and damage to this NEW 2026 BRAND NEW SUV with only 9 miles and he could care less. He was quick to talk over me and cut me off and was extremely dismissive. Im obviously calling because im interested in buying a vehicle and you're dealership had something that caught my eye but to get bullied and basically hung up on by a so called manager?!?! I hope this post finds its way to the Leadership Team of the dealership and maybe manager John gets re trained on how to help and talk with potential customers. In a world where you can buy a vehicle on your computer without leaving home, you would think this dealership would be more open to awnsering questions and gaining a buyers trust.

We had the best car buying experience I have ever had at Mike Juneau's. Our car salesman, Alex, was phenomenal. He was the expert on the vehicle we were looking to purchase, and if he didn't know the answer to our question, he knew who to talk with to find the honest answer. He was very upfront on everything both positive and potentially negative about the vehicle we were purchasing, which was greatly appreciated. We never felt pressured into purchasing the vehicle we were looking at, which was refreshing, as in the past, our experiences have not been the same. In the end, we were so impressed with how personal both the sales team and financial team were. We purchased our new vehicle and will definitely be purchasing vehicles in the future with Mike Juneau's outstanding team.

Once in the dealership the service was good and the service team was very kind. They are quick to complete the work and are accommodating.

However, the challenges come before I get there. The last three times I have needed to schedule service I have had to call 3-4 times. I've been asked to leave a message which I do but a week or more goes by without any call back. I have had to call back everytime until I reach someone.

First, even though I have been a customer over 8 yrs I had to have all my information re-entered which makes no sense. Second, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and came out with a busted door bracket which the Tech Mr Lucas insisted was broken when I bought it in yet this was not the case. IF my door was broken and making the noise it is now I would have asked the service dept to check this out! Nor was this problem noted on my inspection sheet provided on R/O 6071000 dated 8/29/24 as I heard the technician provide future repair issues that need to be addressed to the guy before me as he was leaving.

I caution anyone getting service for their car here.

We had a 2017 Buick Encore in for an oil change. Per the Service Manager Tim Lisowski, they “replaced the oil filter with the style that was already in there.”

My car had another location install the wrong style oil filter. When Mike Juneau’s Buick-GMC took the car in for an oil change, I later found out that they knew the wrong filter was in there and decided to reinstall the wrong filter without notifying my wife (whom brought the car in) that there was a problem.

The problem is, per GM Bulletin No. 17-NA-184 (issued March 2018) states that the filter type is dependent on the oil filter cap, not solely the year and model of the car.

So my car was intentionally using a filter with no functioning bypass valve. Essentially, the oil filter was not filtering the oil.

I contacted Service Manager Tim via phone and email. He not only didn't offer an apology, but even went as far as to say that it isn't a problem. No offer to make it right, offer a cylinder compression test or anything.

Even though the service bulletin states “The oil filter elements for the housings are not interchangeable. It is critical to confirm the correct oil filter is being used, otherwise the oil filter may be bypassed entirely. The VIN alone is not sufficient for oil filter application confirmation.”

I lack total confidence in the quality and integrity of the service all the way up to the Service Manager.

Please be aware, the service bulletin I reference above applies to the following years/makes/models:

Buick-Encore 2013-2018
Chevrolet Cruze- 2013-2015
Chevrolet Cruze (VIN ‘P’)- 2016
Chevrolet Sonic- 2013-2018
Chevrolet Trax- 2013-2018

Tim Lisowski the Service Manager took very good care of us. We needed to get in for an oil change before we went out of town. He scheduled the service on our time and we got it completed.
