Staying at scendero has been great for me and my wife we had been looking a for a new place to start our family because we had our first baby on the way and something about scendero felt right. Ms lily had been an extreme help since the beginning very supportive very transparent and very easy to talk everything she told us was true. My family and I have lived here for a month and it has been very peaceful and quiet. We enjoy walking around the complex and seeing the waterfalls and little creeks.

Jaime & Wayne from maintenance are also the best. They respond to any maintenance requests with the best attitude and get their job done quickly. My family and I appreciate their hard work and efficiency.

Gabriela and Lily from the office are also friendly and very helpful. We appreciate you all. Thank you.

Moved here in October 2025 and have loved it since. Great community and surprisingly quiet for being off a major street and freeway. Whenever we have a maintenance issue, Jaime is always there quickly and solves the problem. Gabi in the leasing office is always kind and makes you feel welcomed, the team here rocks!

Great place to live, very clean, and the maintenance guy Jaime is amazing! Goes beyond when called to fix something!! Always completes the task and cleans up any mess made!! And they are very dog friendly!!
