Gerber is great, I will use them every time I have a need for car repairs

Estimated 5 working days for repairs; working day 15 and yet to be completed. Every update is another issue with supply chain or vendors.

The repairs have been completed; we are happy with the paint job and new parts. There are some camera alignment issues, which we have yet to bring back under warranty.

I had an outstanding experience with Gerber from start to finish. Their professionalism was evident at every step of the process, and the level of customer service I received truly exceeded my expectations.

A special thank you to Jennifer. She was absolutely amazing throughout this entire experience. She was responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. Her communication and attention to detail were stellar.

If you’re looking for a team that delivers quality work with professionalism and exceptional customer care, I highly recommend Gerber for any collision repair needs. They are officially my number one pick!

I was extremely satisfied with my experience! I was already very upset after being involved in a hit-and-run, but the team here made the entire situation so much better. They repaired my car quickly—faster than the expected completion date shown in the app—and it looks fantastic. You can’t even tell there was ever any damage. Their efficiency and quality work made a world of difference. 10/10 would highly recommend!
