Kristy had a condescending attitude when I asked if she was able to take the balloon to put it back. I had requested kindly, and she responded with “uhhh can you put it back.” If this the kind of attitude I have to face, I will never come back again. This was a highly uncomfortable experience.

I love this store but today was horrible, had a lady on cashier 3 long blonde hair , mean face with glasses. And didn’t even greet me nicely. I saw her physically grab my kids item and fling it behind her and made her cry . She needs to be terminated or something. At exactly 4:10 pm On September 16 2026 . She’s Lucy I didn’t get law enforcement involved. Who makes kids cry like that . This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Our town does not need this store... The manager with grey hair (Rich) has the worst attitude and the cashiers are no better. It used to be very clean too but lately it looks like a garbage landfill filled with crap thrown pretty much everywhere. If you need to go to a Dollar tree go to the one in North Brunswick. Their selection is pretty much the same but the staff are nicer and the store isn't that dirty

Went to Dollar Tree with my friends just to look around, and this older lady came up to us acting like we didn’t belong there just because we weren’t holding anything. She kept saying we had “no purpose” kind of felt like it was racially targeted and then told us to leave for literally no reason. We weren’t being loud or doing anything wrong, just chilling and browsing. It was honestly so weird and rude. Like…it’s 2026, people can shop without grabbing something in 2 seconds.The older lady even mocked us when we decided to leave.

The worst customer service. An employee, who I think was the supervisor, was following me throughout the store as If I was going to steal something. This was an act of harassment that made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, so I had to leave without purchasing anything.
