It was at the right place at the right time; and got me out of a jam. The local hardware store was closed and I needed to fix a broken pipe during my son's Graduation party. 🎉
I was able to get some epoxy and some duct tape for an emergency fix. 🪠👨🏼‍🔧💦🚰

Walked in here at least 5 times to walk out empty handed. They never have anything; and the frozen food aisle is nonexistent. Sucks when affordable groceries aren’t accessible

I went to a Family Dollar store recently, and it was one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I will not spend another dollar of my hard-earned money there.

The store was disorganized, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. The line was unnecessarily long, with only one cashier actively ringing up customers while another employee stood by without opening their register. Instead of assisting to move the line faster, they waited until customers became frustrated and had to ask or raise their voices before opening another register.

The manager’s behavior was no better. There was a clear lack of leadership and professionalism. I am honestly surprised this store is still operating under these conditions. It feels like the management and staff need a serious wake-up call regarding customer service and respect.

I would rather walk another ten blocks to shop elsewhere and feel valued as a customer. This was truly a very unpleasant experience.

Seems like no one cares in this location. Boxes left in aisles, and when a representative is needed hardly anyone available.
