Great customer service! The young lady who served was friend and kind when I had to redo my transaction.

The people are always friendly. There are homeless people that are in in front of the store.

Horrible customer service. I arrived right at 8 and the store was not open yet. When the lady came to open the front door, I had asked if I can come in so I can get my daughter some shorts for school. She yells at me “who are you?” Then I tell her” I’m here to get shorts for my daughter because I thought yall were open at 8”
The old lady opening the store was rude and shouldn’t be trusted to represent your store. Won’t be coming back.

Staff is always helpful even tho they are always on their phone having conversations or watching tv. They certainly can multitask. Ring you up while talking on the phone or watching tv. The doorman that be up there is nice.

Cashier is very rude. Didn’t speak at all when I came to register she just sat down on a bouncy ball on her cell phone the entire interaction. Customer service does not exist in this place try the one on Mockingbird instead they are very welcoming and friendly.
