Polly's attitude towards her staff makes shopping here extremely unpleasant, in my experience, despite being chronically under staffed and also bullied by their manager, all the other employees are extremely competent and kind for the circumstance. I'm shocked Dollar Tree is okay with this kind of conduct from their managers, she's constantly picking at people actively checking out customers for not somehow also cleaning the store simultaneously. When they go to clean she will either go verbally attack them about no one being on register, or start complaining aloud about how hard her job is to while checking people out half as fast as the other employees. I really hope they can figure out what needs to change staffing-wise, because the manager's attitude makes me not want to shop here for fear of setting her off at a perfectly innocent employee.

This Dollar Tree is the best, cleanest, and most accommodating Dollar Tree I’ve ever been in! I was in total Awe of the way it even looked and smelled! Staff was very helpful and friendly to me but I noticed their interactions with other customers. No boxes were in the aisles like others I’ve been in. I’m still talking about this. Whoever is responsible for this location needs to share expertise and with other dollar tree locations. The one in Coppell is terrible except for 1 employee/cashier

A humiliating and unfair experience

I went to this Dollar Tree looking for a few items to buy. While I was inside shopping, I received an important phone call and had to quickly step outside to my car to get some information that I had left there. That was the only reason I left the store briefly — I had every intention of going back inside to continue shopping, and I did exactly that.

But when I came back into the store, I was shocked to find that the employees had already called the police, accusing me of stealing. The police arrived, searched my car, and found absolutely nothing. I hadn’t taken anything from the store. The officers even apologized to me after realizing the situation.

What hurt me the most is that not a single employee spoke to me or asked me any questions before calling the police. They just assumed the worst without even talking to me. I felt humiliated, disrespected, and deeply upset by how I was treated.

I hope the store management takes this seriously. No one deserves to be treated like a criminal for stepping out to their car during a shopping trip.

I love Diana the manager she is the best super sweet outgoing but who ever the manager that works during the day the older white guy can I get it he's trying to get things out on the floor but why is it I can't find no Hawaiian decorations at every other Dollar tree I've been to is fully stocked and things only the majority of Hawaiian and luau things have been put out I wonder what he does all day but when Diana work she makes sure to get everything out this she needs to before she leaves and she always takes care of her customers I can see why it's frustrating when you go to Dollar tree to find something that you looking for and then you have to drive across town to get it because the new manager hasn't put out all the new Hawaiian things or other things I've been looking for like where's the laundry soap there hasn't been laundry soap in 2 weeks but I recommend Diana get a raise . I wish you could have days off when you need to take a break from doin other people's jobs...

Good selection, and usually able to checkout quickly. On weekends they definitely need more cashiers, but weekdays are fine.
