First off let me start off by saying. These employees are probably the nicest employees I’ve ever came across but while in the store that I frequently visit it’s getting to be very hot and uncomfortable and I’m gonna have to start going to another location. It’s too hot for me to be in there. And the humidity isn’t good for the products. Please fix it. I don’t want to shop elsewhere. But also it isn’t a very good work environment for ur people.

These poor employees are working with no AC and their management needs to do something about that. It’s inhumane to have them slaving away in the heat like that

Nasty store. Very unorganized. Broken items everywhere. African lady, short hair, glasses can't honor a sticker that their shelves has? Saying she's the active manager on duty but is not responsible in having expired stickers with prices on shelves. Does NOT MAKE SENSE. More than one item had a wrong price sticker on the shelf when I went to check out. Ridiculous... bad attitude. Even the Hispanic cashier said it should be honored since it's the store's mistake for not taking the stickers off. The African lady says it's the responsibility of the morning shift. How does that make sense when you have been there all day and the store is fixing to close? You had plenty of time to fix your store's issue. Never again will I walk in there. Im a regular customer on top of that. NEVER AGAIN. Dollar General is nicer. I'm not going to a store to get treated unfairly, where they have wrong prices being displayed just to find out it's not the right price when I get to the cashier. than make jokes about it. What type of customer service is that? Folks go somewhere else.

How is corporate not doing anything about this store? By far this is the most unprofessional, unorganized and the most uncomfortable Family Dollar I have experience. First of all every time I walk in there are always strange dudes lingering and hovering around the front of the store. 2nd some of the workers have the most inappropriate songs blasting on a Bluetooth behind the register. 3rd, THE ENTIRE STORE IS A FIRE HAZARD! Literally every isle is just piles of merchandise that has not been properly stocked on the shelves. The employees obviously do not care about this store nor their customers. I've even spoke to one employee who stated that she's uncomfortable to work in this environment, I did not appreciate any of my shopping trips to this location. I also really pity the employee who has to work in this environment. She also said a lot of those men that hang around the front are ex employees that make the atmosphere extremely uncomfortable.

I waited patiently for a few minutes, but when no one came to assist me, I rang the service bell. Unfortunately, this seemed to upset Manager Rosie she say was her name.

I couldn't believe her unacceptable behavior. Yelling and refused to sell me some cooking spray. Look at this evilness on her face.
