I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from the training manager. Her demeanor was extremely rude and unwelcoming. As a customer, I expected to be acknowledged and assisted, but instead, she continued having conversations with associates and getting reacquainted with them while I was waiting to be serviced.

What made the experience worse was that she proceeded to give me a dirty look when I expected to receive assistance. I understand that associates may need to reconnect and communicate, but that should not come at the expense of acknowledging or servicing a customer.

As someone who values good customer service, I found the interaction very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customers should feel welcomed, respected, and prioritized when they come into the store.

I have tried to let this store make it but its terrible...the workers never speak even when you speak to them. They never great anyone. Today I walked in the store around noon and no one was at the register.me and others waited and waited. Finally I said "hello is anyone here?" Only then does someone come out. The cashier seem to have an attitude and began scanning my items so fast and slanging them in a bag then walked away before I could even get a recept printed out! Never even spoke or made eye contact with me! Whoever is over this location need to train on customer service because it has been horrible for awhile now

My favorite place to shop. But this one associate that checked me out ruined my wonderful shopping experience. Sandra, she has her head phones on listening to whatever and not speaking with me. So she starts yelling at me and she denied being rude. She does not need to be on the sales floor. Maybe unload trucks and clean bathrooms. Terrible experience.
