I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I consistently receive at Jean Coutu.
Every time I visit the store, I am greeted with a smile and asked if I need assistance. The staff are always professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to help customers. It is refreshing to walk into a business where customer service is clearly a priority.
I would especially like to give a special shout-out to Justin, the English-speaking employee. Justin is always incredibly kind, patient, and professional whenever I speak with him. He takes the time to answer questions, provide assistance, and make sure customers feel welcome and valued. His positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service never go unnoticed.
Thank you to Justin and the entire team at Jean Coutu for making every visit a pleasant experience. Your professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to helping customers are greatly appreciated. Keep up the fantastic work!
