Bluboho employee Liv was such a huge help when I had some questions regarding a few pieces of jewelry I was interested in, and made my overall shopping experience here amazing!! Her attitude, attention to detail, and overall quality of assistance was of the highest level I’ve seen in recent years. Definitely check out their Oakville location for stunning pieces and great service!

My wife and I bought many pieces from Blue Boho over the past year. Their pieces are beautifully designed and are always "meaningful". Unfortunately, we've had issues with most of the pieces we bought. A pair of earrings that I gifted to my wife would always open and fall off. She eventually permanently lost one of them. Same with a golden bracelet I gifted her. It kept opening up, until only after she had worn it three times she lost it permanently. More recently, we bought matching "lean on me" rings that have two leaning diamonds. On my ring, one of the stone has fallen off so I had to give my ring back for repair...
Overall, we both are extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the pieces we bought, and have wasted close to a thousand dollars. It's a shame because their designs are very nice.

Returned to store with a concern about earrings purchased earlier. Salesperson was supportive but manager was very dismissive and abruptly moved onto another customer. I would caution anyone who believes in polite and sophisticated customer service to shop at this location.

I purchased my gorgeous wedding band from Bluboho over a year ago, and I couldn’t be happier! Their jewelry is extremely elegant, minimal, and very tasteful. The quality and craftsmanship are impeccable, and the customer service was outstanding. Every time I look at my ring, I’m reminded of the special day and the wonderful experience I had with Bluboho. Highly recommend!
