had an incredible experience at Chipotle, and I can’t say enough about the customer service it is truly top-tier! From the second I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm by the team behind the counter.
Even with a long line during peak hours, the staff handled everything with absolute speed and efficiency without making anyone feel rushed. They were super attentive, generous with the portions, and went out of their way to make sure my bowl was made exactly how I liked it. When I asked for a extra side of salsa, the employee didn't hesitate for a second and handed it over with a positive attitude.
It’s rare to see a fast-casual team work so seamlessly together while keeping energy levels high and the dining area spotless. Delicious, fresh food is always a plus, but service like this is what keeps me coming back. Fantastic job to the entire crew!

I ordered on the app and the service was quick - they finished my order 5 minutes before it was expected to be ready. The portion size was large. Two issues I had with the food though is that my burrito wasn't completely wrapped in the foil when I pulled it out of the bag and my order was incorrect. I ordered a vegetarian burrito and was surprised to find chicken inside.

My first visit here & will not be back. I had to scan my rewards like 3 X & gave him $14 & then he gave me back a dollar & I was super confused why. He than starts to take the change out of their tip jar as the girl that’s training him & tells him he
Yeah, can’t do that so then he asked me for the dollar back so I just gave him the change very confusing. In my opinion they need better direction, communication & people skills. I’m honestly not sure who was in charge because they all seemed to be teenagers that were working today. Also before when I was standing in line I overheard an employee telling another employee laughing how it’s all over the drink station. So when I came around the corner to get my drink I saw what he was talking about as this other guy is trying to clean it up. He’s telling me to watch my step while he’s cleaning up puke & there was no wet floor sign in sight. I watch him take out the bag of the mess he cleaned up, mind you not wearing gloves and if he was well he already put them in the trash bad & takes his booties off & throws them in the trash bag to the dumpster. Mind you he walks straight through the front door with his dirty hands. Hopefully he went to wash his hands & didn’t even finish cleaning the mess. I lost my appetite & felt dirty after seeing all of this. I wasn’t impressed with the portion size of the dressing so I asked for another one & then when I opened my guacamole, it wasn’t filled all the way to the top like I’m use to at my Chipotle that I go to on 147th so I will just stick to that one. The best part of the whole visit was the chicken in the salad.

I’ll preface this by saying I love Chipotle and eat at Chipotle at least twice a week. I’ve had repeated issues with this one trying to sneak in charges. The guy making my burrito accidentally tore the tortilla. No big deal. I didn’t say anything and didn’t really care, but he was nice enough to heat up a tortilla and re-wrap it. The young lady that I’m assuming is the shift manager came over and had them ring up an extra tortilla. I could care less about the extra $.60 or whatever it cost, but the nerve to come up and charge me as if I ordered an extra tortilla was pretty ridiculous. I said I didn’t order an extra tortilla. She’s sarcastically said that it took an extra one to make my burrito. It’s little encounters like these that make me not want to come back when it’s more than just a one time thing.

Chipotle’s Portions Are a Joke!

I don’t know what’s going on with Chipotle lately, but the portion sizes are laughable. My husband’s taco had one tiny square of chicken seriously, what are we paying for? I got a whopping five black beans in my bowl, and when the new employee tried to give me a reasonable amount of cheese and lettuce, they got in trouble for it right in front of me!
And the bowl itself? Barely half full. For the price I paid, I expected at least a meal, not just a disappointing snack. Chipotle, do better. This is ridiculous.
