My experience with Ship a Car inc. has been quite remarkable. Initially, there was a lack of communication between the local truck companies, Ship a Car, and me. As a result, I was lacking important information regarding delays with my car pick-up. This was not the fault of the company, but an employee. I communicated my discontent regarding my experience via email and through this very review; they immediately did everything in there power to ensure that my car made it to its final destination promptly and without delay. Ship a Car. Inc is a great company for car shipping service. I had 3 cars in my family shipped between California and Florida. They chose the best carrier for my car shipping. Kristina was my contact person and she selected best carrier that fit my needs - including the timing and price. The carrier she provided was very reliable and professional. From picking up my car to delivering, they kept inform about the schedule so I could plan for the process. Overall, my car shipping was a very smooth process with no issue. I had no idea what towing company to choose. 933 miles for a broken down vehicle and ship a car were amazing to work with. After reading horror stories of no deliveries and faux companies stealing money, I was very nervous. This company was legit and promp and contactable at all times. RECOMMENDED

At the start after I placed the order with the rep Jonathan, to have my car transported to another state, there was hiccup. Once the driver and I talked to confirm his arrival time the day before, and on the next day the driver called to inform of his whereabout. Twenty minutes later or so, the driver came, loaded the car, and drove away. 2 full day later the driver texted me to inform his arrival soon to drop off.

Overall, kudos to the driver and also Ship A Car to deliver as promised. I'd recommend Ship A Car and yes the rep Jonathan, if you need your car transported. Jonathan was professional and courtesy when I talked to him a few times before I placed the order. Even after he followed up with me on several things. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but Jonathan/Ship A Car showed it to me.

tried to call to get a car shipped, guy on the phone was super rude, was trying to tell me i’m a idiot for looking around for quotes. and too just to buy the car. like do u not want any business… “the other you looked at has a F raiding and has had 12 negative reviews and 36 in the past two years” but we are A+ and only have one bad review well here’s your second pal. learn so manners and respect before u answer the phone again.

A few days ago, I wrote a one star review, it's below. Since then, they has come through in spades! We ended up shipping two cars, Steve negotiated some great prices and we are pleased with their service.

Not good. Called on 5/8 for a quote. Super long conversation. They wanted a $350 deposit. I said no, they said no problem. I followed up on 5/12. They said they'd get right back to me. It’s 5/15. No response. Use somebody else.

We wanted to thank SAC (Ship A Car) and the drivers for a very successful car shipment. We received the car, a Toyota Camry, on time and in good condition.
The transaction/shipment was completed seamlessly and SAC kept us updated.
The pickup in Dallas, TX was very easy and efficient. The drivers kept us updated on both ends. There were no surprises. Same for the delivery in Napa, CA.
