I reached out to the Geurts Law Firm at a real low in my life. At the time, I was really sick, being dismissed by my landlords regarding mold exposure, and was highly stressed as I didn’t know what to do. At the beginning of my case, communication was not very good. I understand that the office works remotely and that they may be very busy, but there were occasions when I had to send multiple emails with questions before finally receiving an answer.
Everything changed once Alex started communicating with me directly. He consistently answered every email and phone call and always took the time to help me. Alex was extremely patient with my straightforward questions and concerns, and I truly appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and understanding throughout the process.
