My boys and I have been training at Mid Cape Tae Kwon Do for over five years, and from the very first day, I knew this place was something special. The instructors have become like family, and the impact on all of us has been incredible. My sons, now 12 and 15, have gained confidence and athleticism, and at 53, I’m in the best shape I’ve been in years—with improved flexibility and a serious boost in my own confidence. I can’t recommend Mid Cape Tae Kwon Do enough—it’s more than a school, it’s a life-changing journey.

Amazing instructors! Family atmosphere. I’ve been a part of this school for years before I joined (my daughter got her black belt from there) which led me to join and become a blue belt working for black! Come join our family and achieve greatness and focus!

Mid Cape Taekwondo is nothing short of Amazing! My Daughter and I have been training at this school for just shy of a year now and it's been a fantastic experience that has brought us closer together. Master Morrison, Master Joann, and Master DJ are all keenly adept at being tough enough to bring the best out of a student while at the same time building them up with tremendous amounts of encouragement. The Head instructor Master Morrison has that superpower that all good leaders have of building each person up in their own minds leading each student to believe that they are capable of achieving things they never considered was previously possible. If you're looking to get yourself or your child in a martial art school that cares about each student, is passionate about the art they teach, and that has a great school culture then I highly recommend this school.

Amazing. Teachers are all so involved in helping you become the best you can be! Very patiently they help you learn and treat you like your having a private lesson. No better atmosphere to truly learn Tae Kwon Do. No matter what level from beginners to black belts they treat everyone with best motivational positivity you could ask for! It is positivity and family atmosphere with learning best self defense skills you can get. Amazing.
