We love Adventures. My girls have been here since they were babies (3 months old to now 4 years). Every teacher they’ve had has been wonderful, many have been there for decades and their dedication shows.

The school makes learning and play fun with weekly activities (yoga, music, Action Bus etc) They also arrange special events like pony rides, reptile shows, and petting zoos through out the year. My girls come home excited to tell me something new almost every day (yesterday they counted 586 pumpkin seeds)!

The staff is also super responsive — whether I reach out through the app, email, or phone, I always get a quick and thoughtful reply. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our girls to grow, learn, and have fun. Highly recommend!

Adventures isn’t just a childcare center; it’s a community. They helped our children grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually in ways we never imagined. We’re so grateful we found such a loving, trustworthy place for our children to learn and thrive. Two of our children went there from infants through pre-k graduation. Our 3rd went from infants to toddlers, before we moved away. I cried when we had to switch daycares because we love Adventures so much and I didn’t want to leave there. My kids still talk about the wonderful teachers they had there and the friends they made – even the 2 year old!
My middle child started kindergarten this year; her teacher commented that she knew more than half of the letters and sounds that they don’t expect incoming kindergarteners to know at all. Kudos to Linda, Dana, and all the teachers she had along the way who prepared her! Choosing childcare is such a big decision that is often very stressful for a parent. I was very nervous the first time I dropped my oldest off, but after day one, I didn’t worry or second-guess our choice. The teachers and staff are truly amazing and a village to help you raise your children.

Our children have had a positive learning experience at Adventures Preschool. The school has caring, kind staff members who have treated our children as their own. Our kids have learned a great deal in their time at Adventures and we are grateful for the staff for all they have done to prepare our children for elementary school. Adventures offers multiple specials like yoga, music class, movement classes and field trips which keep the kids engaged and active throughout the day. Our kids come home with huge smiles and loads of stories each day, what more could a parent want!?
Adventures, we thank you for all you do! I highly recommend Adventures Preschool to anyone looking for a positive daycare experience.

I've heard many local families talking poorly about this place, but I decided to give them a shot as I needed to renew my CPR/First Aid certification. I emailed them in July regarding their CPR certification workshop that their website claimed to be on September 4th. Cindy replied saying, "We haven't officially set the dates for CPR and First Aid yet, but I believe CPR will be on September 7, 2025 and First aid on the 17th. If these dates are OK with you I will sign you up." I replied with a confirmation and didn't hear anything back, so I assumed all was set. Fast forward to today, September 4, I emailed Cindy again regarding the time and specific building the workshop is being held in and was told, "CPR was on September 3rd. First Aid is on September 17th. The next CPR is on October 1st." So, Cindy presumably registered me for the September 7 workshop that apparently does not exist and then failed to inform me, a pre-registered participant, of the date change. Continuing my work in child care is dependent on staying on top of my certifications, but this time in particular, starting my new job and being able to provide for my child, was completely dependent on getting this certification done. I'm not sure how they're able to run a business with this kind of negligence. Don't waste your time with this place whether it be for a workshop or childcare. Local families don't like them and they're clearly unable to support their fellow caregivers as well.

ETA: Upon reply from this organization (over a month later), it is clear they take no responsibility for the mistake their employee made, nor did they actually read my original review thoroughly. I believe the lack of accountability speaks to their inability to work collaboratively with parents and educators alike. This aligns with what I have heard countless times from families surrounding the Belmont, Waltham, Watertown, Newton, and Cambridge area.

My child attended this school for a little less than a year and we only left because we moved! I was heartbroken to pull my child out as the teachers are all so wonderful. Ms. Carla & Ms. Luz are incredibly loving and it was like leaving my child with family. There is also Anastasia, Meg and Rachel who are simply AMAZING as well. I cant say enough about this school! My husband and I are grateful our child's first experience at daycare was at this school. The owner Lydia has done an amazing job with entire school community!
