What a great class. The instructors were excellent. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. I am planning to have my whole family come back for a class. If I was to be critical on anything. It would be a larger salad bowl.

My son really enjoyed the cooking camp that he attended this summer. He came home with so many great ideas and a new appreciation for cooking.. He learned several new techniques and has since put them to use at home.

Nora and Alex provided a seamless and very enjoyable culinary experience. We were given detailed instructions and demonstrations of knife cutting skills. The food was delicious and fun to make!!

We went for a class on Valentine's Day and we had a blast. Our teacher was great and the crew at the table were a lot of fun. Shared in all the tasks to make fresh fettuccine and raviolis. Such a fun time and great way to spend an evening.

Our 9y old budding chef loved the Restaurant week summer camp. He got to make all these interesting dishes and also was able to share them with us and his brother. Everything was tasty and I applaud for the menu and hands on work that all the kids got to do. I hope he will join the camp again next year. He wants to be a Chef! Yes, camp is expensive but value is great.
