I called with an emergency, and Gabriela in the office was incredibly professional. She followed up with me twice before the plumber arrived to make sure everything was on track.

Marco showed up and was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy. He quickly identified the issue and saved the day.

I’ve definitely found my new go-to plumbers. Highly recommend them!

Islay and Carlos from Empire Plumbing did a magnificent job of redoing all the exterior piping under our house both horizontal and vertical. They were responsible, consistently here, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. And now they the job is complete, everything is clean as a whistle. Thank you. Irma and Michael Goldstein

On Miami Beach, it is always hard to find good contractors to service your home. Empire Plumbing is the BEST solution for Plumbing that I have found over my 58 years living here. Truly a professional company with the best crews I have seen. I want to call out Carlos, Isley, Jaciel and Elier. Clean work areas, respectful, honest and my dogs loved them. All in all, a great experience every time. Honest, reliable and professional. You can't go wrong hiring this company for all your plumbing needs.

We recently used Empire Plumbing and the service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work quickly without cutting corners.

What really impressed us was their attention to detail and commitment to customer service. They made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and kept the work area clean the entire time. It’s hard to find a plumbing company that is both reliable and honest, but Empire Plumbing exceeded all expectations.

If you’re looking for dependable plumbing services in Miami Beach, I highly recommend Empire Plumbing. Excellent communication, fair pricing, and top-quality workmanship. We will definitely continue using them for all future plumbing needs!
